KnowKnow subscriptions follow a "non-refundable" principle. Once a subscription payment is completed, it is generally non-refundable.
If you encounter any of the following situations, please feel free to write to [email protected] and we will handle each case one by one:
The App has significant functional abnormalities or has been unavailable for a long time
Receiving unexpected deductions (such as account theft)
Insufficient information before subscription has led to a significant gap between the content of the plan and your understanding
Please note: For subscriptions purchased through the App Store/Google Play, the final refund will be reviewed by Apple or Google. It is recommended to submit the refund application on their subscription management page at the same time. If you simply don't want to continue using it, you can unsubscribe at any time in the App, and no more charges will be deducted in the next cycle.
